The Preferred Retail Partnership Program aims to invite Pet Shops Retailers in the Northern, Eastern, Western and Central parts of Singapore to provide discounts off their regular merchandise for the club's members, both Full (Westie Owners) and Guest (Other Dog Owners) when they shop for dog food supplies and accessories...
Besides providing an enjoyable and 'cheaper' shopping experience throughout the year, the Preferred Retail Partnership Program aims to identify Pet Shops which are:
1. The Pet Shop should be well-stocked. (Dog food, accessories and so forth).
2. The environment and layout of its shelf products should be neat and tidy, should not show signs of aging or any expiry.
3. The Staff should be approachable and should be carry a minimum knowledge of the shop merchandise, ie price, brands and uses, product categories.
4. Should the Retailer be engaged in the sale of any puppies of any breeds, the hygenie and well-being of the puppies should be well-taken care of, ie clean environment, spacious (enough for the puppy to turn around, one puppy to a cage).
5. The Pet Shop Retailer should conduct their transactions and businesses in the best business practices with integrity and patience.
 Members are reminded to present their membership card before billing or purchase. Please do also note that Membership Terms & Conditions apply.
